Reporting an error
If you find outdated regulation, wrong tax information, a broken link, an exchange that is no longer available in your country, or any factual error, send us the page URL, what is wrong, and a source if you have one. Errors that affect a financial, tax or safety decision are corrected as a priority and the page's update date is changed when the correction goes live.
What to include
For a correction: the page address, the sentence that is wrong, and a source if you have one. For a question: tell us which country you are in — almost every answer about tax, payment methods and exchange availability depends on it.
What we cannot help with
We have no access to any exchange, wallet or payment provider. We cannot unlock an account, reverse a transfer, recover a lost password or seed phrase, or retrieve funds sent to the wrong address. For those, contact that provider's own support. Nobody writing from this site will ever ask you for your seed phrase, private key or password.
